By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions whether as a guest or registered user. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. International Numismatics reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time, and encourages you to review them regularly. Your continued access and use of the site shall mean your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent changes.

Ordering Goods 

By placing an order via this website, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions. International Numismatics reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we cannot accept or process your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by International Numismatics without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

Order Notification
An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address and shipping carrier, upon receiving of your order. Please note that International Numismatics trades under Forty-Seventh Highwire and this is the name that will appear on your statement.

Currency & Conversions
Transactions via the International Numismatics online store are carried out in Australian dollars (AUS$) and processed through an international banking system. International orders are charged in Australian dollars at the exchange rate of the day. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your payment services provider at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your payment services provider.

Delivery Costs
A $9.50 standard postage and issuance fee is charged with each order for all Australian customers. For international customers postage and insurance is charged at cost. Please view pricing chart for an outline of international charges.

Credit Card Payments
Credit Card payments made by American Express have a 3% surcharge applicable.

Refund and Returns
International Numismatics will happily exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace. Please ensure you notify us within 10 days of receiving the goods via email sales@intnumis.com.au or phone (61 3) 9326 6988.

Lay-By Service (not available online. Please call us to arrange a Lay-By)
A lay-by service is offered for orders over $500 with payments to be made in three (3) equal monthly instalments by credit card, cheque or money order. The first instalment must be a third of the total order value (including shipping). After the final payment is received, the goods will be dispatched to you. When lay-by payments are made by credit card, authority for all three payments is deemed to be given with the first payment, and no additional authority will be requested. Only one lay-by at a time allowed per customer. Once a lay-by has been set up it cannot be altered. We reserve the right to cancel the Lay-by without notice if payment conditions are not met. A cancellation fee of $25 applies. We are happy to customise a payment plan to suit you; just let us know what you need!

Dispatch
International Numismatics is committed to delivering your goods as promptly as possible. However, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive goods once you've successfully placed the order online.
